Preprinting:
We experienced sale people can provide professional technique and design suggestion. We can do original design or process the design file from customer.  Sample will be made for customer to confirm and test.
Printing:

Our heat transfer printing films are printed by rotogravure, the inks that we used is friendly to environment. The printing effect is vivid, and it is scratch resistance. Suitable for plastic (PP, ABS, PE, PET, PS,AS,PC ), metal, wood, bamboo etc.

C. Production time: Normal film can be finished within 8-10days. The metallic and glitter(laser) film finished within 10-12days. Because it needs more days for making Aluminizing on back of design.
D. Plate size: It will be made according to your design size and numbers.

We will do all needful work till you confirm the design & order.
3. Plate making(cylinders)
It takes about4~7 days
4. Print the film
Print in big rolls ---drying--- cut into small rolls---quality check
It takes about 3 days
Glitter(Laser) film needs 5 days more for aluminzing

Polybag+drying agent+carton
6. Delivery
By sea / by air, it's up to you

Plate making fee & 30% film pay in advance; 70% pay before delivery.
